The person who owns the home should keep the money from selling it
That is the whole idea. Everything else on JP Listings exists to make it safe and simple.
JP Listings publishes the advert, checks who everyone is, and stays out of the conversation. The sale is between the two people who own it.
Estate agents built their fees in an era when they controlled who saw your property. That is no longer how buyers look for homes. Buyers search online, filter by what they want, and decide from photographs long before anyone unlocks a door.
So we built a platform that does the parts a website does well, and leaves the parts that need a person to the two people who actually matter: the owner and the buyer.
What we do
We publish your property to buyers searching for a home like yours. We check that every seller owns the property they are listing, and that every buyer who wants a viewing is who they say they are. We give you a place to arrange viewings and talk to each other without handing over phone numbers. And when you agree a sale, we give you the paperwork to send to your solicitors.
Why the founder built it
“When you sell through an agent, it can be hard to get hold of the person actually dealing with your sale. A buyer asks a question, it goes to the agent, and the answer comes back days or even weeks later, if it comes back at all. I built JP Listings so the buyer and the seller talk to each other directly, the same day, without either of them handing over a phone number.”
What we do not do
We do not value your home for you, negotiate on your behalf, handle offers or hold money. We do not take a percentage of anything. We are not an estate agent, and we do not want to be one.
What it costs
Nothing to list, nothing when you sell. Listing is free for every property listed in 2026, and anything listed under those terms stays free.
